Team Areum Website Privacy Policy
Team Areum (the "Team") operates the website areums.kr (the "Site") and publishes this privacy policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. The processing of personal information in the FLOWPASS app and service (flowpass.areums.kr) is governed by the FLOWPASS Privacy Policy. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information we process and why
- The Site has no sign-up, login or forms. The Team does not directly collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number, through the Site.
- If you email the address shown on the Site ([email protected]), the Team processes your email address, any name you provide and the content of your message in order to reply.
- When you visit the Site, your device’s IP address, browser type and access time are transmitted to the servers of Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers the Site. The Team does not use this information for purposes other than delivering the Site and the visit statistics in Section 3.
2. Retention and deletion
- Inquiry emails are kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved and then deleted without delay.
- The Team views visit statistics only as aggregates under Section 3 and does not keep individual access records.
- Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
3. Visit statistics
- To improve the Site and measure the effect of our materials, the Team uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It provides aggregated statistics on page paths, referring sites, countries, device and browser types, and page-load performance.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or other storage on your device. According to Cloudflare’s public documentation, it does not store IP addresses or identify or track individual visitors. The Team sees only aggregated statistics.
- No visit statistics are collected from visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
- If you arrive via a QR code or similar material, the Site address may show the type of material (for example, /go/deck/) so that visits can be counted per material. This does not identify you.
4. Processors and international transfers
- The Team entrusts the following processing to the companies below, whose servers are located outside Korea, so personal information is transferred abroad.

- Retention by recipients: as set in each recipient’s policy or until the end of the service relationship; inquiry emails follow Section 2(1).
- How to refuse and its effect: if you do not want your information transferred abroad, you may refrain from visiting the Site or emailing us; in that case you cannot use the Site or contact us by email.
5. Disclosure to third parties
- The Team does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or requested by investigative authorities under legal procedures.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- The Site does not set cookies.
- Your language choice and whether the intro has been shown are stored only in your browser’s storage and are not sent to the Team.
- You can delete site data in your browser settings or block the statistics script with tracking protection; the Site remains fully usable.
7. Children under 14
- The Team does not collect personal information from children under 14 through the Site. If we learn that a child under 14 has emailed us, we will not process the message beyond replying until we confirm the consent of a legal representative, and we will delete it without delay if consent cannot be confirmed.
8. Your rights
- You may ask the Team at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information.
- Send your request to the contact in Section 11. We will respond within 10 days of receiving it.
9. Links to other sites
- When you follow a link to another site, such as Google Play or the FLOWPASS web, that site’s privacy policy applies.
10. Security
- The Team encrypts communication between you and the Site (HTTPS), limits who can access inquiry emails, and manages access to accounts that process personal information.

12. Changes to this policy
- The Team will announce changes on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes that materially affect your rights.
This policy takes effect on October 15, 2026.
